Help With Registering & Logging on

How can I access the Click2Quit Plan?

Only online registered users can access their Click2Quit Plan on our website. Have you registered for the Plan? If not, you can register here. Alternatively, text GIVE UP to 83040 for a simplified text-only Plan. If you’ve registered for the text-only Plan, you won’t have a Plan you can access online.

I can’t seem to manage to complete the registration process.

Please be sure to enter all your details correctly. And don’t forget to give us your consent for processing your information. The user name is not case-sensitive and can consist of any combination of letters, numbers and underscoring, but cannot contain any spaces. The password must be at least 6 characters long and cannot be the same as the user name. If this information is not entered correctly you will not be able to log on. Passwords are case-sensitive, so the Caps lock key must be correctly set.

Do I need to activate cookies before I can take part in the Click2Quit Plan?

Yes, you will need to activate cookies to access this website.

When will my Click2Quit Plan be available?

If you have signed up online: after you submit the questionnaire, your Click2Quit Plan will be ready straightaway on the website. You will also receive an e-mail that will provide you with a link to log back in to the website at a later date.

If you have signed up by text, you’ll be registered once you’ve completed the questionnaire and will start to receive text messages soon after.
