How Does It Work?

Easy. All you have to do is take 10 minutes or so to register and tell us a few details about your lifestyle and smoking habits.

We’ll use them to put together your own personalised Click2Quit Plan. It’s packed with tips and advice to get you started, help you stay on track and tackle some of the common barriers you may face along the way. It even includes activities to help you manage stress and remind you of your reasons for quitting.

You’ll also receive a series of regular emails and, if you wish, text messages to support you throughout this tricky and challenging time. If you’ve signed up for text messages and need a bit of extra support while you’re out and about, just text HELP to 83040 and we’ll send you tips to keep you on track.

If you don’t have easy access to the internet, don’t worry – you can get a simplified text message-only Click2Quit 2.0 Plan by clicking here. Or if you prefer, you can receive a paper-based Click2Quit 2.0 Plan by post, just call freephone 0800 092 9392 (9am – 5pm).

And, because no-one understands how a quitter feels as well as another quitter, we recommend you also register for the NiQuitin Discussion Board in conjunction with the Plan. You can chat online and share your experiences with people in the same situation as you. It might just give you the motivational boost you need.
