Niquitin Gum

If you normally have your first cigarette within 30 minutes of waking up, you’ll need NiQuitin 4mg Mint Gum. If you tend to start smoking more than 30 minutes after waking, use NiQuitin 2mg Mint Gum.

To begin with, chew one piece of gum whenever you have the urge to smoke (you should start with between 8 and 12 pieces a day).

  • You should then be able to reduce the number of pieces you use gradually, to just one or two pieces a day.
